Terms and Conditions

General accommodation booking conditions:

  • All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total cost or the first days' tariff, which ever is the greater.
  • 2 weeks prior to arrival full amount will be deducted from allocated credit card supplied.
  • DECLINED CREDIT CARD CHARGE - A $2.00 fee will a apply for all DECLINED credit cards due to insufficient funds, please make sure the funds are in the credit card before making the booking.
  • No refunds, unless a minimum of 2 weeks cancellation notice is given. Then a $25.00 administration fee will be deducted from the deposit before returning it.
  • NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR REDUCING YOUR STAY.
  • STRICTLY 10 klm speed limit in park boundary.
  • All accommodation is payable upon arrival.
  • No pets allowed in any accommodation.
  • No swags permitted in any accommodation.
  • Deluxe Cabin supplied with covered doona and pillows for all beds. Sheets and towels are supplied for the double bed only.
  • Ensuite Cabin is supplied with covered doona and pillows for all beds. A linen pack (sheets & towel) can be provided for a fee for your collection upon arrival 48hours notice required.
  • Pinelodge and Bungalows accommodation you will need to supply all your own linen (blankets, pillows and towels)
  • Tariff is subject to change without notice.
  • Check in time is 2pm (unless prior arrangements are made).
  • Check out time is 10am.
  • 10% discount given to recognized fishing clubs (minimum 10 people staying).

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellations 2 weeks prior to your arrival a refund will be offered less a $25 cancellation fee. If less than 2 weeks notice is given no refund will be offered.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to avoid disappointment

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
