Terms and Conditions
General accommodation booking conditions:
- All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total cost or the first days' tariff, which ever is the greater. No refunds, unless a minimum of 2 weeks cancellation notice is given. Then a $25.00 administration fee will be deducted from the deposit before returning it.
- NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR REDUCING YOUR STAY.
- STRICTLY 10 klm speed limit in park boundary.
- All accommodation is payable upon arrival.
- No pets allowed in any accommodation.
- No swags permitted in any accommodation.
- Deluxe Cabin supplied with covered doona and pillows for all beds. Sheets and towels are supplied for the double bed.
- Ensuite Cabin is supplied with covered doona and pillows for all beds.A linen pack (sheets & towel) can be provided for a fee for your collection upon arrival 24 hours notice required.
- Pinelodge and Bungalows accommodation you will need to supply all your own linen (blankets, pillows and towels)
- Tariff is subject to change without notice.
- Check in time is 2pm (unless prior arrangements are made).
- Check out time is 10am.
- 10% discount given to recognized fishing clubs (minimum 10 people staying).
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
In the event of cancellations 2 weeks prior to your arrival a refund will be offered less a $25 cancellation fee. If less than 2 weeks notice is given no refund will be offered.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to avoid disappointment
